By clicking the "Create My Account" button below and requesting that an account be created for your use, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

Accounts are billed in advance and all billing is handled through Visa, MasterCard, or Discover cards. Service level is determined on the 1st of each month based on the number of contacts. Any time you have more than 500 contacts, you will be charged the $14.95/month fee. Your first month's fee will be prorated for the remaining days in that month. Payment must be received in 10 days or your account will be inactivated until payment is received. If a charge is ever declined, you will be notified by email and have 5 days to resolve the issue. All prices are subject to change. You will be notified 30 days in advance of any price changes or changes to this Agreement.
You have the right to cancel your account at any time, for any reason. You can do so by submitting the form on the "Cancel Account" page under the "Settings" tab. Your account will be inactivated at the end of the current billing period unless you specify that it be inactivated immediately. No refunds for any remaining days in that month will be issued. We will usually keep your account details for at least 6 months so that it can be re-activated if you choose; however, we reserve the right to delete any data associated with your account after it's been inactivated.
Helios Web Hosting cannot be held responsible for any damages your business may suffer from use of this service. Helios Web Hosting makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Helios Web Hosting disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, and any and all service interruptions caused either by Helios Web Hosting and its employees or from service interruptions out of our control.
It is our goal that our website and your account be available 100% of the time but due to hardware maintenance requirements, upgrades, and various forces of nature this might not always be possible. Occasionally system maintenance is performed that could result in the site being unavailable for a short period of time. We will send email notification several days in advance of all planned maintenance so you will know if the site is scheduled to be down. Otherwise, if you find that the site is down, please send an email to support@mycontactlisting.com.
Helios Web Hosting values your privacy. We will never sell, rent, giveaway or share personally identifiable information about you, your business, or your contacts to any third party without first receiving your permission.
You agree to respect your contacts' right to privacy and will not send them emails through our system if they elect not to receive them. You agree that you will not send unsolicited email (SPAM) through this system. If it is determined that you have used the MyContactListing system to send SPAM, your account will be closed.
You are solely responsible for the proper conduct of your business and all other matters under your control. Helios Web Hosting, our affiliates, service providers, or any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the MyContactListing service, technology that powers the system or content available will not be liable to you in any manner, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.
We reserve the right to suspend and/or cancel any account in accordance with the provisions of this Terms of Service.
